WarmTro × Vantage Beta Access – Privacy Policy

WarmTro Inc. (“WarmTro”) and Vantage Financial Alliance (“Vantage”) value your privacy. This Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you participate in the WarmTro Beta.

2. Information We Collect

• Vantage Agent ID and personal email submitted at signup
• Billing and payment details processed securely by Stripe
• Account activity data (e.g., Fathom meeting summaries, onboarding actions)

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your beta access and accounts
• To provide support, training, and service improvements
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations

4. Data Sharing

Information may be shared between WarmTro and Vantage solely for onboarding, compliance, and product improvement. We do not sell or rent personal data. Stripe processes all payments under its own privacy policy.

5. Recording and Consent Responsibility

You are responsible for obtaining consent from any person whose communications you record using Fathom. WarmTro and Vantage are not responsible for unauthorized or unlawful recordings.

6. Data Retention

We retain data for as long as your beta participation remains active or as required by law. You may request deletion by emailing privacy@vantagelife.ai.

7. Security

We use encryption, access controls, and secure hosting to protect data. However, no system is entirely secure, and participation in the Beta is at your own risk.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. Submit requests to privacy@vantagelife.ai.

9. Updates

We may update this Policy periodically. Continued participation after updates means you accept the new version.
